Requirements
Decent amount of graphics
At least 100+ views a day (but it doesnt matter)
You must have a graphics site, and offer graphics and/or resources.
Good quality content that is made by you.
No sites that use MS paint (MS paint is and never will be a graphics program)
You must be an active site that updates frequently (once a month isnt frequent)
I prefer not to be affies with new sites but there always exceptions if your site is nice
Must provide a button no bigger than 100x40 px. If you are too lazy to provide a button, i am too lazy to add you.
TOP Affies

No freewebs/piczo you must have a domain or sub domain for top affies sorry.
Your link will appear on every page on a side bar plus your button will go below.
I choose the top affies, your site is just more likely to get to be a top affie if you meet the above requirements. If you intend to "revamp"
your site make sure you still have my link up or mention not to remove you, i do random affie cleanouts and if my link has been removed for a few days
i will delete you.
